Santa Clarita Transportation Maintenance Facility

It is the City’s intent to, at a minimum, attain a "Certified" project status as defined in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System by the US Green Building Council. When complete, this project will likely be the first LEED Certified Project in the City of Santa Clarita and will be a demonstration of the City’s commitment to greener development and responsible public policy.
